Did the 7-mile loop from the east BDOS lot up to Maple Ridge.  I saw some recent extensive tree removal [15" diameter cuts] and clean up along Anaconda.  Thank you to the County staff or volunteers for that.  There was some pesky Himilayan Blackberry in the trail and as usual saggy scotch broom which, in both cases could use a trim out.   I'll bring some pruners next time.  This trail handles windstorms and rain very well; almost no blocking debris, standing water or mud holes to contend with. Lots of great slippery rocks and roots to keep the MtB skills sharp. This place is a community treasure.  Great to get out in December!
