I left from the upper lot about 8:15 AM, the lot was about 25% full. UM 1 and UM 2 are snow free and great dirt. UM 3 has some walkable snow patches, and the whole first section of PT Upper is snow packed. There's a tire wide track in the snow about 6" deep, I got sideways to it at one point and went down in the snow. Upper and Lower Flow State are clear and running well, I went back for a second helping on them. By 10:45 the lot was packed, and riders were parking down the road. Also beware of slower riders, there were lots of first timers on rental bikes wearing tennis shoes. Enjoy!
