Found a series of heavy tracked vehicle (excavator?) carnage running through some of the trail areas. No major damage to the trails, but some close calls and some clearing. Not sure if this is a precursor to logging or development. On the other hand, saw some flagging for some new trails out here that looks promising.  Not sure how active the trail building is though. The main trails were in fair shape: some muddy and slick zones, but generally clear and fun.  The DH trail was particularly tough given some wearing out around the root gardens.
