We rode Banner for the first time today.  Wow, there are a lot of trails packed into this patch of land!  For all the rain we've had the trails rode pretty good until we got towards the end of our ride.  Sorcerer's Hollow and Cougar Knoll both had giant puddles or more like ponds negating those trails.  Other than that there wasn't too much standing water or severe mud spots.  Definitely print the map found on the navigation page before you go.  The trails are marked infrequently.  Then again, you can just go for it and ride anywhere and everywhere and have fun that way too.
