Rode  it on a beautiful Saturday in February. There are a lot of leaves scattered about which makes some spots slippery. There is ongoing work on the trails west of 18th Ave in the area near the cemetary but further south it starts to be overgrown (although winter limits the effect). The southern most portion west of 18th, just north of the jail, is impassable with water at leeast as high as my hubs on a 26" mountain bike. I couldn'tfind the BMX spot according to the old directions - maybe try accessing it from the parking lot east of the creek? Update the turn-by-turn instructions to be a little clearer and used the old GPS map pdf to make a map that is both extensive and current. The black and white map is outdated and the newer gps one does not show the area west of 18th Ave S.
