Great backyard workout

This is my morning workout ride and has been a great 50 minute loop for me. Nothing is overly technical and I wouldn't consider myself a full intermediate rider but it's a great mix of downhill and climbs to keep your heart going but not to completely exhaust you. There is no part of the ride that wipes you out and it's a nice length to feel like you get a good dose of the outdoors and a nice workout. The gravel for most of the trail also makes it suitable for wet weather.
