Parked down at the powerlines this morning at 6:30 and began the climb to the trailhead and then to the summit. There is no snow in the meadow. There are two tree obstructions halfway between the base camp and the meadow. One is a single tree and the second is a set of three in a pile blocking the trail. Both will require chainsaws. The views were wonderful today and the trail was in good shape. Saplings are getting to the handlebars in several spots. If it showers, the ride will be a soaker through the brush.
