This is a small segment of the Pacific Northwest Trail from Alger, WA up to, and through, the Squires Lake Park. It is a fire road to Alger Mountain and a continuation road into the park for single track to create the 5 mile long segment. A round trip back to the car can be done by trail or along old highway 99.
Typical soils fairly well drained.
