How should I calculate my hours?

Log the actual time you spent volunteering, including travel time (up to 1 hour each way). Estimates are okay - if you don't remember exactly, do your best and round to the nearest half hour.

You can also log:

• Event or class preparation
• Planning and administrative work
• Volunteer coordination
• Work completed from home

As long as the work was done for Evergreen and isn't being tracked somewhere else.
