Raging Clean Up

The wet season is coming back. Let's take a day to rake out the rocks, clear off all the organics, and dig out the drains to get our trails ready for winter.

 

Work Details

  • Time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Working time will be less than 4 hours. Worksite is a long drive)

  • Meeting Location: Yellow gate off Winery Rd

  • What We’re Doing: Work will include clearing the trail with rakes and a leaf blower plus shoveling out debris in drains. 

What to Bring

  • Sturdy footwear: Your most trusted hiking shoes/boots!

  • Work gloves

  • Weather-appropriate clothing: Layer options are always great. (Possible foggy conditions/very light rain)

  • Fuel: Plenty of water and snacks to keep your energy up while working.

  • A small day pack to carry your gear/fuel while working down the trail.

Optional

  • Your bike and riding gear: Volunteers will be able to ride their bikes back down to the car after. Drop off point all the way up at the radio towers!

What We Provide

Evergreen will supply all the necessary tools, safety gear, expert instruction.
