You never know what's going to happen in the wild. Be prepared for anything by getting Wilderness First Aid certified. Our hybrid course offers 8 hours of self-guided online learning and one day of learning in the field.
For this course, our Friends at The Line Bicycle Experience have offered their outdoor meeting space. We will be outdoors all day. We will have covered space to gather for lecture along with indoor space to warm up and use the restroom. Arette Cafe has their new cafe open at the line, so we will have access to food, pastry, and hot beverages.
What you'll get out of the course:
-Gain the skills to treat common injuries, illness, and trauma in the field.
-Build your confidence in dealing with stressful situations in the wild.
-Learn how to help your friends or other adventurers if they get hurt.
-Earn a Wilderness First Aid certification from Base Medical
