Sturdy B*tch Racing and Bell Joyride Dig Day at Tiger
Come out and help Sturdy B Racing and Bell Joyride work on the newest trails at Tiger Mountain. This dig day is lady-focused, but open to all - the more the merrier! New to trail work? This is the perfect time to try it out! Discover the reward of building trail and throwing dirt. We'll show you what to do and help you understand why Evergreen's trail builders are so great at what they do.
Details: Meet at the lower east gate NOT the regular Tiger lot. Tiger Mountain 7000 rd. Gate. It's a short hike from the lower east gate to the dig site.
If you want to ride in you can park at the regular lot and ride in from NWT. We will be meeting at the bottom of The Legend. If you plan on riding in, please arrive early to allow for ride time.
Driving directions: From I-90 head toward the East Tiger Summit parking lot on Hwy 18. The turn-out is 6/10's of a mile after the beginning of the passing lane as you are heading from I90 toward the Summit. It comes up quick. We'll meet at the gate and carpool up to the work site. We have to be on time and lock the gate behind us, so please show up early and be ready to go by the start time.
Parking: We will be parking by the gate and along the logging road just past the gate.
What to bring:
A willingness to get dirty
Water, snack and a pack to haul it in -- we have to hike or ride to the work site.
Work boots or heavy duty hiking boots and work attire for the trail work part of the day .
Rain gear and layers.
Safety glasses and work gloves if you have them.
