Your ongoing support made 2017 epic—and is set 2018 up for another incredible year. But we want you to know how epic your support is: check out the 2017 accomplishments and 2018 plans you made possible:
2017: Shattered Records
- Membership: 3,960 (DOUBLED in 2 years!)
- Fundraising Support: $503,000 (Goal met!)
- New Trail Miles opened: 65 (Goal met!)
- Number of class participants: 815 Students! (Goal met!)
- Volunteer hours: 4000 volunteers delivered 21,932 maintenance hours! (Yup – another record)
All this and we launched a new Evergreen Cowlitz-Naches Chapter! So thanks to you, we’re on a roll. Here’s what we’re working on next year...
2018: New Projects and Trails
- Build Phase II of Raging River – Snoqualmie - All year
- Open 2 New DH trails at Tiger - Issaquah - Summer
- Open Alpine Baldy Phases 1 and 2 – Skykomish - Fall
- Open North Mountain DH trails – Darrington – Fall
- Complete Enviro review and begin construction at Snoqualmie Summit – Fall
- 15 miles of new trail at Sun Mountain – Methow Valley - Spring
- 3 miles of new connector trails at Yacolt Burn – Battle Ground – Spring
- New ride park at Beacon Hill – Spokane – summer/fall
- 4 new trail miles at Squilchuck SP – Wenatchee - summer
- 8 miles of new trail at No2 Canyon – Wenatchee – summer
- Complete uphill trail and (cross fingers!!) reopen Ribbed (!!) – Leavenworth - fall
- Build new ride park at Port Gamble – Kitsap – all year
- Open new pump track in North Bend: Spring
- Build new trail at Seabrook Resort – Seabrook - summer
