TRAIL DESCRIPTION:
Lower Springboard is a great flow trail for all rider levels that starts with a short rock garden which is the hardest part of the trail. Once past that, it becomes a mostly smooth and flowy trail with bermed twists and turns. Riders can extend their descent by turning right onto Meet Cutter just before the exit gate to the Main Trail.
Lord Hill Regional Park offers 1,463 acres of forested terrain with multi-use trails for bikers, hikers, and equestrians. While there are over 13 miles of trails open to bikes, the northwest and central areas feature bike-only and bike-focused trails, making it a prime spot for mountain bikers. Tom reports that the trails are drying out nicely.
