Record Attendance at the 2015 Evergreen Mountain Bike Festival!
Saturday evening marked the end of yet another amazing Evergreen Mountain Bike Festival presented by Clif at King County’s Duthie Hill Park in Issaquah, WA. For 6 years the festival has continued to grow, and this year was exceptional in how much it grew. With close to 3000 attendees, and 50+ vendors demoing 17 different bike brands under sunny skies, we saw record numbers of families, first time Duthie visitors, and a record numbers of new Evergreen members!
The day’s festivities included an awesome Jump Jam courtesy of Sweetlines and Go Huck Yourself, stellar beer garden thanks to local Schooner Exact Brewing, kid’s events from Sweetlines, guided rides with Evergreen instructors, bike maintenance clinics with Pacific Bike & Ski, the Zoic Pump Track Challenge, skills clinics with NW Trials, and much more. Red Bull joined the festivities again with the MXT to play tunes and videos, and keep the stoke going all day long!
Plus loads of riders took home sweet gear including a weekend with lift tickets to Sun Peaks Resort, a Devinci Troy, and a Turner Burner frame from our Grand Prize Raffle Sponsor Dirt Merchant Bikes worth $2300!
This year’s exceptional number of families, kids, and first-time visitors (and riders!) to Duthie, shows how welcoming our biking community is here in Washington. We’d like to thank everyone who attended (especially those who became new members!) for joining us for the biggest and best Evergreen Mountain Bike Festival yet.
