Raging River & Tiger: Turning Great Riding into Epic Riding

With support from riders just like you, Evergreen is developing amazing new networks of trail—and our crews are working in the rain and snow right now to bring them to you.

Not long ago Tiger Mountain was just three over-used railroad grades.  Now, with the recent trails we’ve built through our partnership with DNR, it’s a regionally-known riding destination—but it’s also the start of something bigger.

While Evergreen and DNR crews will continue working on new Tiger trails this winter, the big news is that design work for the massive Raging River zone has begun. This new trail network will eventually connect with Tiger and offer expansive range of new riding opportunities.

Please join the hundreds of mountain bikers who have made donations to Evergreen and help us build these two huge connected trail systems.

The vision for Tiger Mountain includes not just the new Predator DH trail and climbing singletrack (which is currently being constructed by DNR) but also two planned lower-elevation trails below Northwest Timber Trail, which Evergreen crews are already designing.

One of these will be an expert level technical trail, and the other one an easy climb back to NW Timber. These two trails will form a connection to Raging River once highway 18 is widened.

What does the Raging River Project Look Like?

Phase one is a 14-mile loop already being built by Evergreen and DNR crews.  The next phases will bring us an approximate 40-mile system with big xc trails, optional jump features, DH tracks and 2400 feet of vert.

When you look at the map below, bear in mind the area you’re looking at is much bigger than the entire area we ride on at Tiger.

This is an enormous project, but we are prepared to make it a reality—we just need your help.

In addition to Tiger and Raging Evergreen we’re also bringing you new trails at the following places:

Olallie, North Bend

Alpine Baldy, Skykomish

North Mountain, Darrington

Swan Creek Phases 2, 3-4

Black Diamond Open Space

Seabrook Trails, Pacific Beach

Port Gamble Ride Park

Leavenworth Ski Hill

No. 2 Canyon, Wenatchee

Echo Ridge, Chelan

Mt. Spokane
