How To Get Involved This September!
Summer is winding down, but opportunities for getting involved with Evergreen are heating up!
After months of sunshine, we’re finally getting much needed moisture on our trails. With a little work, we’ll go from moondust to hero dirt in no time…
Your Evergreen membership connects you with a community of likeminded mountain bikers.
Check out a few ways to get involved this month here:
Evo Dig Day at Raging River, September 12
Come out, hang with the crew from evo Seattle and help us with some much-needed maintenance at Raging River.
Orcas Island Work Party, September 14-16
Our bi-annual trip to Orcas Island is always a crowd pleaser. Unique trails, gorgeous views and great camp vibes. We’ll ride and help maintain the trails of Moran State Park.
Darrington Work Party, September 15
Evergreen is in the midst of building some of the rowdiest lines in our organization's history on North Mountain in Darrington and we need your help!
Hansen Ridge Work Party, September 16
The Hansen Ridge loop needs a haircut! Young alder trees are trying to completely close off the trail. We’ll cut open the trail and enjoy the beautiful expansive views while we're at it.
No. 2 Canyon Work Party, September 17
No. 2 Canyon is shaping up to be an incredible trail network for the Wenatchee mountain bike community. Come out and support these trails by throwing a little dirt.
Tiger Mountain Monthly Work Party #1, September 22
You've ridden Tiger all spring and summer and now it's time to give back to the trails you love with a little maintenance TLC. This is the start of a monthly Saturday maintenance day on this trail system. We'll rotate through the trails to get them back into shape: Clearing drains, minor tread work and armoring, if needed, to keep them running great all year.
CDC Ranger Creek/Palisades Work Party, September 29-30
Come join our friends from the Cascadia Dirt Cup for a much needed work party on Ranger Creek/Palisades along Highway 410. The Norse Peak Fire hit this area hard last summer and the trails are in need of repair. Camping and dinner on Saturday will be provided by Black Diamond Camps.
