The Board of Directors may have up to 14 members, consisting of 4 officers and 10 members at large.  In addition, the Chairperson of each regional chapter of Evergreen across the state has a seat on the board.  Board membership requires a two year commitment that includes attending six bi-monthly board meetings, participation in a Committee or Chapter Board as required (minimum once a month), and other activities such as representing Evergreen at events or meetings. 

Nearly all of the meetings can be held via video or conference call. Board members must be passionate about mountain biking,strategic thinkers, and willing to dedicate 8-12 hours a month to the organization.  For more information about the Board of Directors, please review the Board application and the Committee application.  If you applying for the board, please complete the Board application only.

Do you like marketing, building community, finance, advocacy or technology?  The Board is also seeking Committee members, who will not sit on the Board of Directors.  Committee members will also serve a two year term and will attend meetings of the Committee (at least once a month) and conduct work outside of committee meetings to achieve committee goals.  Committee work is estimated to take 4 to 8 hours per month.  For more information on the Committees, please review the Committee application.
