Pavel Dolezel
Pavel saved up for his first steel bike when he was 15, and even though the frame was too big, it simply felt right the moment he took it for the first ride. A few years and bikes later, he's still in love with viewing the world from above two wheels.
He wanted to contribute to Evergreen's awesomeness, and therefore unleashed his other passions - web development and project management. The first endeavor, revamping the Trail Guide, was a success so he embarked on taking the main website in the same direction in late 2014 under an insane timeline driven by a mandatory hosting upgrade.
Now he continues to work the never-ending backlog of improvements in support of the staff and volunteers.
Pavel's favorite rides are too many to count but the backcountry gems like Stafford Creek, Kachees Ridge and Lewis River are definitely somewhere at the top. Though he's always up for a fitness ride on Grand Ridge or Tokul, as well.
