Jarrett Ziemer
Living in the Pacific Northwest his entire life, Jarrett has been riding bikes since he was a tike, although he fell in love with mountain biking when he was introduced to Duthie Hill. Jarrett rides all of the trails in the area, from the rooty tech at Raging and Tiger to the jump line groomers up on Whistler, but the Duthie jump lines and the community at the park will always be his favorite thing about mountain biking.
Jarrett transitioned from volunteering with Evergreen to a position as Cascades to Sound trail builder in early 2022, but holds two degrees in writing and is stoked about his next transition to Community Engagement Coordinator. Jarretts excited about what he can bring to the position to help Evergreen's mission and also about what he will learn from the community and Evergreen's amazing staff along the way.
When Jarrett isn't riding bikes with his friends and wife, Nikki (an absolute shredder), you'll find him walking his two wild bird dogs around the North Bend and Snoqualmie foothills, writing poetry.
