Down but not out

My first bigger ride back at Tolt since the Big Clearcut: it's true that much of the trails (along with the forest) in the center are gone. However, some sylvan singltrack remains around the perimeter (especially on the north end), and a combination of prime riding weather and a penchant for nostalgia made for a great - albeit short - day. The trails that are left aren't getting too much use, leading to a more primitive and naturalized feel. Not really overgrown yet. Definitely worth a visit still, especially for a change of pace and applicable skillset from newer flow trails.
