So-so alternative to the heavy traffic rides in the area
Trails are a little loose and gravelly for most of this ride, and you will definitely roll through horse poop. There is... a lot of horse poop. I'm pretty sure I was the only mountain biker in the park, which is a little different from the Saturday packed parking lot at Tiger 3 miles away. The trails are not crowded at all. I saw maybe 3 hikers in 2 hr. There were some horses there, but I didn't actually run into them on the singletrack. The riding was pretty mellow, had to hike a couple hills because I lost traction in the loose dirt, but otherwise not technical or incredibly exciting. It's definitely a set of trails more geared to horse traffic than bikes, but it's ok for something different.
