Timber work to push the road through
Spent the last two Saturdays riding the west side to the ridge line roads, and then by starting at Olney Pass and riding the ridge line to the tower. There is some timber development going on up there on top and the clear cutting has made a clearing to push the road all the way through. The clear cut is not rideable yet but makes for much easier hike-a-bike than was there when I originally did this loop last year on the old roads. Here are the two rides and pictures

No singletrack, but the steep roads are fun ride down. Returning to your car on Sultan Basin Road is a nice relaxing ride after the workout (going clockwise). The last push to the top on the original route clockwise is fully overgrown now and the clear cut is the only sure way to the top from the west at this time.
