Putney Woods / Metcalf Trust Trails

Mostly singletrack, generally smooth, some roots, some tight turns. The trails in this area are actually made up of three different trail systems: Saratoga Woods Preserve, Putney Woods (formerly Goss Lake Woods), and Metcalf Trust. The trails are all interconnected and lots of folks refer to the trails by these different names.
The trails here are usually in pretty good shape year-round. They are snow-free nearly all of the time in winter and don't get dusty in the summer. Sometimes there can be some muddy spots after lots of rain (especially in the spring), but overall it isn't too bad.
