About the Ride:
What better way to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day then to get outside on your mountain bike with like minded, fun women! Crank Sisters has a no-drop policy. You will regroup often with your ride leader. There will be multiple ride leaders so you can go the social pace that feels right for you!
We'll meet at 01:00 PM, then after a quick intro, bike check, and photos of our cool outfits, we'll hit the trails. Please be on time: we can't wait longer than 15 minutes for late riders to arrive.
Evergreen's Trail Description:
Evergreen is proud to showcase the Duthie Hill Mountain Bike Park. This park is located on the Issaquah Plateau, just north of Grand Ridge Park. The park is a nicely wooded 120 acre forest with rolling terrain and well draining soils. There is a 2.5 acre clearing in the middle, surrounding by second growth forest. On the south end, Duthie Hill connects with Grand Ridge Park, which already has a 6 mile singletrack trail that connects all the way to I-90 in the south. On the north end, Duthie Hill can connect to Soaring Eagle Park via a 1 mile ride up Trossachs Boulevard.
We will be riding greens and blues for a distance of approximately 5 to 7 miles depending on the group you’re in. Specific trails to be ridden will be shared at the start of the ride as will be dependent on weather, trail conditions, and ride levels.
Directions:
The main trailhead is located in the parking lot on Southeast Issaquah-Fall City Road where there is parking for 74 vehicles.
