Three Reasons to be Excited About The Future of Evergreen: Sierra, Molly, and Riley.
These amazing Evergreen members deserve a shout out. While we were at Winter Stoke working the auction to raise money for the Education Program, Molly, Sierra, and Riley were secretly working the room—collecting donations for Evergreen.
At the end of the night they gave us a cup of coins and change totaling $56.30 in evening shakedowns and told us “this is for Evergreen.” It was (almost) enough to render our Communications Manager speechless. Almost.
It’s encouraging to see riders so young supporting mountain bike advocacy because they know that leads to more trails in the future. And it was incredible to see the initiative they took to support Evergreen.
Because Evergreen is a lean 501(c)3 nonprofit, your membership means a lot to us. Your contributions help fund trail work parties, classes, and advocacy initiatives. And by joining and increasing our membership numbers you help us speak more effectively to the lawmakers and land managers who can grant access to prime mountain biking terrain. We need you as a member to make all (and more) that happen.
Join us today for less than a latte a month. That’s right—to support local and new trail building projects, promote mountain biking advocacy statewide through initiatives like Evergreen MTB Lobby Day in Olympia, and continue to make Washington the best place to ride costs less than $3 a month.
So join thousands of other riders like you who support Evergreen. Help us create more awesome mountain biking around the state. With riders as passionate, fearless, and driven as Sierra, Molly, and Riley, we’re going to need as much trail as we can get.
