Evergreen Town Hall Meeting Tuesday, September 1st - 6:00 PM
Organizer: Scott Location: Duthie Hill
Update: 9/1 @ 3:30pm It's currently raining at Duthie (perfect!) so be sure to dress accordingly. We're more than likely meeting outdoors. It's a good thing we're all mountain bikers so that shouldn't matter!

Evergreen board, staff, and membership are invited to spend some time discussing Evergreen's mission, projects, priorities, and direction.

Parking is very limited, and we expect a large turnout, so please carpool or come by bike. Carpoolers meet at the Issaquah Highlands Park & Ride 30 minutes prior to the event. Info about the park & ride: http://www.soundtransit.org/x1375.xml . From there load up into the largest vehicles and make your way to Duthie. If you do park in the Duthie parking lot, please be willing to double park. If we are efficient we’ll get everyone in the lot easily

If we have more people show up than the meeting space can handle, we may hold the event out on the lawn. Please bring a camp chair in case we end up outside.

This looks like a fantastic turnout, thanks for helping us conserve space.

More Info:
Please join us at the Duthie Hill Lodge on Tuesday, September 1st where we will go through the Evergreen's mission, current projects and priorities. This is meant to be an interactive session during which all interested parties can make their opinion known and engage in lively dialogue.

Come early and check out our latest progress in the park! A tour of the site will begin promptly at 5:00, so please show up a few minutes early. Sign up for the tour here. For those of you who will be joining the afternoon work party with Mike and Josh or taking a riding tour at 5PM, please park in the clearing.
