This is a series of beginner-friendly rides we will host this season in several locations. These rides are especially suitable for recent graduates of our Basic Skills classes. This ride is aimed at beginners who've had a chance to ride a lot since their class (e.g. 2011 students). Tapeworm's trails are twisty, short abrupt ups and downs, lots of natural obstacles, but safe. If you've just taken a class this Fall, this ride is NOT really for you!
Ride prep: same rules as for the classes: bike in working order, helmet, dress for the weather, carry snacks, water, tools, yada yada yada. Heavy rain cancels.
Slowest rider will set the group pace, nobody left behind. We'll find some natural obstacles (logs, short steep climbs and descents) and will stop to session as necessary.
NOTE PARKING LOCATION BELOW. More Info:
We will meet at Phillip Arnold Park in Renton
