We are offering this 1-day clinic at Stevens Pass for the more intermediate/advanced rider who is already competent at DH riding and wants to fine-tune their skills. This clinic is the final class of our 4-week Intro to Downhill Series. **IF you have registered for the 4-week Intro series you DO NOT have to register again for this clinic. It is included in your series price.
Groups will be split by ability.
Shaums March, two-time DH World Champion and owner of the IMIC (International Mountain Bike Instructor Certification), will be in attendance ready to give you all the tips you can handle to improve your riding. Don’t miss the opportunity to be coached by a true downhill champ and world-class coach! Space is limited to 8 riders. Ages 14 and up.
QUALIFICATIONS: To participate in the 1-day clinic option you must either meet the qualifications listed below, or have similar abilities/experience. Please email the instructors if you have questions.
Riding: 3+ years of solid riding
Local Trails: Tokul E. - Last Frontier, Flowtron, OGDH
Whistler: A-Line, B-Line, Crank It Up, Heart of Darkness, Ho Chi Min, Angry Pirate
Duthie: 2-Hi, Ryan's, Gerks, starting Gravy Train, HLC, Semper Dirticus
Skills: lots of experience w/ technical trails, can do small drops (2-3' easily), 4-8' table tops.
Racer Category: Cat 2

Shaums March two-time master World Champion and Red Bull Rampage competitor has been committed to perfecting the International Mountain Bike Instructor Certifications (IMIC) skill process which has been tested and proven methodology since 2001 while being at the forefront of the industry for standards. He is renowned for being a dedicated, accomplished coach, phenomenal rider, and all around personable guy who helps riders reach their goals and become more confident with their bike handling skills.
Evergreen instructors are professionally trained and certified through the IMIC program. Our instructors are a diverse group of experienced, trained riders that are passionate about mountain biking and are excited to pass on their hard-earned knowledge to both new and seasoned riders.

Class Sign-up Instructions: Due to website limitations we are using BikeReg.com to collect the fees for this class.
Cost: $130 for Evergreen members. Price includes lift ticket and lunch on August 12th. Stevens is offering discounted rental equipment for clinic participants.
Non-members must purchase an Evergreen membership. An individual membership is $30/yr and an annual family membership is $50/yr. To become an Evergreen member either go to our membership page or there is the option to purchase a membership during the registration process at BikeReg.com. (see below)

**IMPORTANT: If you have not registered through BikeReg.com then you are not registered for the clinic. If you go to BikeReg and it won't let you register it means the class is full. Email the instructor to be added to a wait list.
**Parents must fill-out and sign a waiver for those under 18. Parents must arrange for transportation to/from the clinic at Stevens Pass on August 12th. Evergreen cannot provide transportation.
**Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. To cancel, please notify the instructors by clicking on the name in the upper left hand corner of the page. If you cancel less than 72hrs in advance we cannot issue a refund.
