Show Your Support for a Possible New Indoor/Outdoor Bike Park at Wellington Hills Sports Park
Snohomish County has recently purchased the Wellington Hills Sports Park, and is creating a plan for its development. You can help Snohomish County design this newly-acquired park!
Right now, they are seriously considering including an indoor/outdoor mountain bike park with a 60,000 square foot indoor space complete with stunts, an airbag, and more. Plus miles of outdoor trail for mountain biking and cyclocross races.
However, before anything can be approved they are hosting a series of public meetings to address the concerns of the local community.
The next public meeting is scheduled for:
7-9PM on Tuesday, May 29th
Brightwater Community and Education Center
22509 SR 9 SE, Woodinville.
We need more mountain bikers to show up for the meetings and let the county and community know this Bike Park would be a terrific addition to Wellington Hills! So please mark your calendar and come on out.
