This is a series of beginner-friendly rides we will host this season in several locations. These rides are especially suitable for recent graduates of our Basic Skills classes. This first one will introduce you to the trails in St Edward State Park and Big Finn Hill (King County) Park.
Ride prep: same rules as for the classes: bike in working order, helmet, dress for the weather, carry snacks, water, tools, yada yada yada.
Slowest rider will set the group pace, nobody left behind. We'll find some natural obstacles (logs, short steep climbs and descents) and will stop to session as necessary.

St Edward State Park, like all state parks, requires a Discover Pass ($30/yr, $10/day) for parking. For at least this first ride, we will NOT start in the park, so no pass required. We will meet at Arrowhead Elementary School, at 6725 NE Arrowhead Drive, and ride into the park.
