We are accepting orders for tiles to be installed during Phase 2

Why can't I specify any message to go on the tile?
King County Parks and Evergreen policy only allow names and memorials within the park. Acceptable messages include:

  • JANE DOE
  • JOHN AND JANE DOE
  • JANE DOE AND FRIENDS
  • IN HONOR OF JOHN DOE
  • YOUR BUSINESS NAME

Unfortunately, no other messages are permitted.

Can you describe the tiles?
The $100 tile is 4” x 8” in size and includes 1-2 lines of text  (18 characters per line). All text in capital letters.

The $250 tile is 8” x 8” in size, includes up to 4 lines of text (18 characters per line).  All text in capital letters.  A dark outline around the text further highlights your tile.

Can I dedicate a tile to someone else as a gift?
Yes. Please contact the Evergreen office at 206-524-2900 to place this order or just enter their name in the text line fields.

Where will my tile be placed?
Your tile will be placed in a bench centrally located in the park’s highly visible main clearing; the main starting and ending point for trails in the park. The wall will serve both as a bench and gathering point.

When will my tile be installed?
Your tile will be installed during the Phase 2 work on the park.

What are my payment options?
Payment can be via credit card (processed by PayPal without requiring a PayPal account), by PayPal transfer, or by check mailed in. If you have problems with the online payment system we can also accept credit cards over the phone by calling our offices at 206-524-2900.

Is the sponsorship of a tile tax deductible?
Yes. Evergreen is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and your donation goes towards building Duthie Hill mountain bike skills park. Always consult your tax advisor, we can't give tax advice.

I have more questions, who do I contact?
We'd be happy to talk to you, please call the Evergreen office at 206-524-2900 or email trails@evergreenmtb.org.
